Reservations
Do I need to book in advance?
We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your table, especially during weekends and peak hours. Sunset tables are the first to go. The fastest way is WhatsApp — send your date, time and number of guests and we'll confirm quickly.
Can I book a table for a large group?
Yes — we welcome groups. For parties of 8 or more, please contact us in advance so we can arrange the best tables and prepare your service smoothly.
Can I organize private events or special occasions?
Absolutely. We welcome private events such as birthdays, romantic dinners and celebrations — contact us and we'll take care of the details, from the table setting to the timing of your surprise.

The terrace
Is the rooftop open all year round?
Yes, our rooftop is open throughout the year, with a comfortable setup adapted to each season — open-air in fine weather, cosy arrangements for cooler days.
Is the rooftop accessible? Are there many stairs?
This is one of the things our guests love most: unlike almost every rooftop in the medina, ours is reached by elevator — no steep stairs after a long day of exploring. It's comfortable for elderly guests, families with children, and anyone with reduced mobility.
When is the best time to come for the view?
Golden hour, about an hour before sunset — the light over the old Medina is unforgettable, and you can stay as the city lights come on. These tables are the most requested, so book ahead.

Where exactly are you located?
On the terrace of Fondouk Kettanine (Fondouk El Jadid), in the Al Qatanin quarter at the heart of the old Medina of Fès. Open in Google Maps — the pin will guide you to our entrance, then take the elevator to the top.
